Relaxation Education Classes:
You can get a massage every week and spend a month on the beach twice a year but if
you never learn to relax on your own – in your own environment – in your own body – you will continually reach out for another source of relief. Every day, every breath is a chance to take a rest on your own. In class, learn active and interactive techniques to bring your body and your mind to rest.
Breath work, stretching, and guided visualization are some of the techniques you will experience during the classes.
